Mobility: our full range of motion.

Aktualisiert: 5. Jan.
Mobility means recognizing one's own possibilities, understanding one's limits – not as obstacles, but as guidance. Not only as the play of our joints or the reach of our limbs, but as an expression of a deeper principle: the ability to move in space and within ourselves.
In the body, mobility shows itself in the fluidity with which we change directions, overcome heights, and adapt to the flow of life. Yet truly mobile is the one who feels the connection of body, mind and emotion in their movements.

Mobility is not a split – it is a space. A space between inside and outside. Between what I can do and what I want to become. Being mobile does not mean being able to do everything, but knowing what we can do and remaining open to what we want to become. Perhaps after this episode, you might ask yourself:
Where do I experience my flexibility – in the body, in thinking, in feeling?
Which areas of my life could become softer, more permeable?
Which boundaries give me support – and which may I question?
Because flexibility doesn’t just mean stretching and bending – it also means learning the art of going along with what is, while still keeping an eye on what could be. Let us stay flexible – in body, in mind, and on our path. Open to changes in direction, new perspectives, and to yourself in new forms.
