Balance is a dialogue of forces.

Aktualisiert: 5. Jan.
Balance is not a position - it is a living relationship. It is a dialogue between forces.
Balance arises when we do not counteract, but cooperate. A cooperation with what we know and what we can sense.

Balance means more than just keeping the body from falling or standing. From the perspective of KINISOPHY, it is the image of an inner state: the ability to stay upright while opposites swirl around us. It provides security in the physical realm – the stance is firm, the posture clear, the body rests in its own center.
But balance is also a philosophical principle: AND instead of OR. It reminds us that we are not forced to tear ourselves apart between either-or choices. Balance allows for embracing complexity: strength and gentleness, steadfastness and openness, movement and stillness – all can be true at the same time.
We invite you to see balance not only as a physical skill, but as a lived attitude that carries us through life.
