Our posture is more than the way our body arranges itself - it is the visible signature of our inner stance. To stand is never neutral. Every alignment of bones, muscles and joints reveals something about how we inhabit ourselves and how we meet the world.

In somatic practice, posture is not imposed from outside but arises from within as a balance between gravity and levity, support and release.
When the spine is allowed its natural length and when joints find their neutral openness, movement can flow without resistance.
Alignment fosters efficiency
Prevents strain
Awakens sensory intelligence of the whole body
Posture is also a part of our language - our body language.
It reflects our attitude toward existence - an inward collapse mirrors withdrawal, an expanded chest may signal presence, vulnerability and resilience.
To bring posture into conscious harmony with inner attitude is to cultivate congruence. This congruence is not a rigid form but a living dialogue between body, mind and our environment. Between impulse and expression.
Physiology and philosophy meet where being and becoming merge.
